If you choose one of these options, your music will be made available on popular streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and more. No! You are not permitted to resell the beats or transfer your license rights to a third party. As a result of any breach or violation of the copyright policy, we retain the right to take legal action or seek financial compensation.
No matter how many different versions, arrangements, or recordings of the song are made, you only need to register the song once using the Performing Arts (PA) form. This is usually registered by the songwriter(s) of the song. The second copyright is for the sound recording, sometimes called the master recording.
You do not need to copyright your music because any original work is automatically protected by copyright when it is created. It is your intellectual property and, thus, you own the copyright (if it is an original piece of music that is).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a track or license once it has been downloaded. This is due to the nature of digital media and licensing. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before completing the transaction.
